ข้อ ๓ ในประกาศนี้
“โรงงานที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอัคคีภัยสูง” หมาย ความว่า โรงงานซึ่งมีการประกอบกิจการโรงงานที่มีการใช้เชื้อเพลิง วัตถุไวไฟ หรือมีลักษณะที่ทำให้เกิดอัคคีภัย หรือระเบิดได้ง่าย ทั้งนี้ตามประเภทหรือชนิดของโรงงานที่ระบุในบัญชีท้ายประกาศนี้
“โรงงานที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอัคคีภัยปานกลาง” หมายความว่า โรงงานซึ่งมีการประกอบกิจการโรงงานนอกเหนือจากประเภทหรือชนิดของโรงงานที่ระบุในบัญชีท้ายประกาศนี้
