หัวหน้าแม่บ้านดูแลตรวจตราการทำงานของผู้ช่วยแม่บ้านหรือแม่บ้านประจำฟลอร์(ชั้นของอาคาร) 3 คนขึ้นไป ในกรณีที่เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก หัวหน้าแม่บ้านก็จะดูแลรับผิดชอบงานแผนกแม่บ้านทั้งหมด ในเมืองไทยนิยมเรียกเป็น Senior Floor Supervisor

2.พนักงานดูแลห้องพัก (Room Attendant)

มีหน้าที่ทำความสะอาดและให้บริการต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพักของแขก ซึ่งได้แก่ ห้องนอน ห้องนั่งเล่นหรือห้องชุด ห้องอาบน้ำ และห้องส้วม ตลอดจนถึงทางเดินหน้าห้องพักแขกด้วย

3.พนักงานยกของ/ทำความสะอาด (Housekeeper)

มีหน้าที่ยกหรือขนย้ายพวกเฟอร์นิเจอร์หนัก ๆ หรือนำขยะไปทิ้ง บางครั้งก็อาจรับผิดชอบด้านทำความสะอาดบริเวณใช้ร่วมภายในโรงแรมด้วย ในเมืองไทยชื่อตำแหน่งนี้จะไม่ค่อยได้พบ ชื่อตำแหน่งที่นิยมใช้กันคือ Cleaner

(Housekeeper) is responsible for lifting or moving heavy furniture or bring their trash. Sometimes it may be responsible for cleaning the area in conjunction with the hotel. Jobs in Thailand are rarely met. The common name for the Cleaner.
