Results Polymorphism The PCR reactions resulted in 501 BP (long gene) fragments. Hae III restriction enzyme revealed two restriction patterns of which first pattern showed two bands of 316 and 162 BP and The second pattern showed 316, 283, and 162 bp in The agarose gel (Figure 1). However, the first pattern was assigned as genotype AA whereas the second pattern as genotype AB as described in Bhattacharya et al. (2004; 2006).
