1.เป็นระบบการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างทีมปฏิบัติการหน้ากับเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการส่วนควบคุมเคลื่อนที่สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกันได้โดยภาพหรือเสียงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในทุกพื้นที่การทำงาน
2.ใช้เป็นฐานปฏิบัติงานสื่อสารเคลื่อนที่ เพื่อให้บริการเครื่องลูกข่าย ที่อยู่ในรัศมีการทำการ
3.ใช้เป็นอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อกับระบบการสื่อสารผ่านดาวเทียม
4.ระบบและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดติดตั้งบนยานพาหนะ
