พันธกิจของโครงการ คือ มุ่งส่งเสริมและให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็กกำพร้าและเด็กยากจนจากถิ่นทุรกันดาร ให้มีพัฒนาการที่ดีทั้ง 4 ด้าน ทั้งด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสติปัญญา และด้านการเข้าหาสังคม
