หากผู่เช่าละทิ้งห้องเป็นเวลา 15 วันโดยมิได้แจ้งเหตุขัดข้อง หรือเหตุจำเป็นให้ผู้ให้เช่าทราบ คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายให้ถือโดยปริยายว่าสัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้เป็นอันยกเลิกไปโดยทันที
