หากพบรายการที่มีราคาสินค้าผิดปกติ จะทำให้ไม่สามารถทราบได้ว่า ใครคือผู้อนุมัติรายการนั้นๆ ซึ่งปัจจุบันระบบมีการเก็บข้อมูล User ผู้ที่ทำการอนุมัติไว้ในฐานข้อมูลไว้ แต่ยังไม่สามารถเรียกดูผ่านรายงาน/หน้าจอได้
