ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะไม่เอางานทั้งหม

ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะไม่เอางานทั้งหมดหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดแห่งสัญญานี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นรับจ้างช่วงอีกทอดหนึ่ง โดยมิได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ว่าจ้าง แต่ทั้งนี้ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องรับผิดชอบงานที่ให้ช่วงไปนั้นทุกประการ

Contractors promise to not remove all or any portion of this contract to hire other people to one another range. Without written notice from employers, but the contractor must also be responsible for the work, to the range in all respects.

Results (English) 2:

Contractors promise not to take all or any portion of this contract to another contractor in the PQI. Without permission in writing from the employer. However, the contractor is responsible for the work to be complete.

Results (English) 3:

Promise I won't get contractors all or any part of this contract to others to be employed during the second one. Without the permission in writing from the employer.
