การดำเนินการใช้การวิจัยปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ ที่เรียนรายวิชาการพูดในที่สาธารณะ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 40 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย
1 แผนการสอน
2 แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน
3 แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการเรียน
4 แบบบับทึกการเรียน
5 แบบประเมินความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ

6 แบบประเมินตนเองของนักศึกษา
7 แบบสอบถามนักศึกษา
8 แบบสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษา
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าวิธีสอนซึ่งมี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่
1 การแนะนำโครงงานนำเสนอการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ
2 การเรียนรูปแบบภาษา
3 การเตรียมการพูด
4 การนำเสนอการพูด ช่วยให้นักศึกษามีความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
