10.1.27 พนักงานต้องไม่ใช้วาจาที่ไม่สุภาพ หรือการกระทำสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดที่ทำให้ผู้อื่นได้รับความอับอาย หรือเสียหน้า และต้องไม่ใช้ถ้อยคำที่ยุยง ส่งเสริม หรือก่อกวนผู้อื่น หรือแพร่กระจายข่าวลือที่ไม่ดีงามเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้อื่น หรือที่จะทำให้เกิดความแตกแยกในหมู่พนักงาน
