2559 (ตามเอกสารแนบ) ทำให้เกิดล่าช้าในการจัดส่งสินค้า
เป็นเวลา 35 วัน โดยตามสัญญาจ้างมีค่าปรับล่าช้าวันละ 300
บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 10,500 บาท การปรับล่าช้าครั้งนี้ทำ
การปรับฯ ทั้ง 2 บริษัท คือ บมจ.ศรีอยุธยา เจนเนอรัล ประกันภัย
และบมจ.ศรีอยุธยา แคปปิตอล
ซึ่งทางทีซีฯ ยินยอมให้ปรับล่าช้าและทีซีฯ ได้ขอเปลี่ยน
จากการปรับล่าช้ามาเป็นการลดหนี้แทน (สินค้าไม่ได้คุณภาพ)
ดังนั้นจึงขออนุม้ติ การปรับล่าช้า เป็น การลดหนี้ เป็นเงิน
ทั้งสิ้นบริษัทฯละ 10,584 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นห้าร้อยแปดสิบสี่บาท
