ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในการจัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อเสนอราคา ผู้ว่าจ้างจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายนี้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ

A quotation will be responsible for the expense involved in preparing documents to bid. Employment is not responsible for these expenses regardless of whether any of the cases.

The bidder will be responsible for all costs involved in preparing the documents for bidding. The employer will not be liable for costs is not whatsoever.

Results (English) 3:

Bidder shall be responsible for all the costs involved in the preparation of documents for bidding. The employer shall not be responsible for the cost of this in any way.
