กรณีพนักงานกระทำความผิด และบริษัทฯ ได้สอบสวนแล้วเห็นสมควรลงโทษพนักงานผู้นั้นทางวินัย เพื่อให้พนักงานปรับปรุงความประพฤติ โดยการสั่งพักงานไม่เกิน 7 วัน โดยไม่จ่ายค่าจ้างให้ หรือตามประกาศบริษัทฯ
