(ข) คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนสำหรับผู้โดยสารขาออก หมายถึง คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนเพื่อขายที่ได้รับอนุมัติให้จัดตั้ง ณ ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติภายในห้องผู้โดยสารขาออก หรือสถานที่อื่นที่อธิบดีกรมศุลกากรเห็นสมควร เพื่อขายของนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ และของภายในประเทศที่อธิบดีกรมศุลกากรให้ความเห็นชอบแก่ผู้ซื้อที่เดินทางออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร
