เมื่อจำเป็นต้องใช้วัตถุกันเสียแตกต่างไปจากที่กำหนดไว้ดังกล่าวข้างต้น ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา
