1.ผู้สอนจะต้องมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในด้านกาออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษที่ถูกต้อง
2. ผู้เรียนจะต้องมีพฤติกรรมที่เปิดรับและตอบสนองต่อการเรียนรู้จากผู้สอนหรือบทเรียนมากขึ้น
3.จะต้องมีสื่อที่น่าสนใจและสามมารถเพิ่มทักษะการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษกับผู้เรียน เพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งสื่อในที่นี้อาจจะเป็นสภาพแวดล้อมภายในชั้นเรียนหรืออาจจะมีการประยุกต์นำสื่อผสมมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนด้วยก็ได้
4. บทเรียนจะต้องเน้นไปที่ตัวผู้เรียนเป็นหลักเพื่อที่จะสามารถและวัดผลออกมาได้ว่านักเรียนสามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างถูกต้อง
5. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนหรือบทเรียนจะต้องสามารถพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านการพูดเพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับคนต่างประเทศหรือเจ้าของภาษาได้อย่างถูกต้องและชัดเจน
