ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ ในกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้ง 3 หน่วยงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า การพัฒนาความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ (1) ด้านความมั่นคงส่วนบุคคล ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ
ด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ด้านสุขภาพ ด้านการศึกษา และด้านการมีงานทำและรายได้ อยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลาง (2) และมีระดับการพัฒนาความมั่นคงของมนุษย์น้อย ได้แก่ การพัฒนาด้านสิทธิและความเป็นธรรม และการพัฒนาสภาพครอบครัว การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ในกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยทั้ง 3 หน่วยงาน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ข้าราชการ และพนักงานราชการ กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ที่มี อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ รายได้ ภาระหนี้สินต่างกัน มีการพัฒนาความมั่นคงของมนุษย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
