งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการนำนโยบายกรีนไอทีสู่การให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา 2) เพื่อหาความพึงพอใจ ของแนวทางการนำนโยบายกรีนไอทีสู่การให้บริการนักศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยคือ 1) การศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัย ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ หลักการด้านกรีนไอที การพัฒนารูปแบบ ทัศนคติ หลักการด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม หลักการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เอกสารงานวิจัยด้านกรีนไอที และสรุปผลการศึกษา 2) สอบถามความคิดเห็นแนวทางการนำนโยบายกรีนไอทีสู่การให้บริการนักศึกษา จากบุคลากรที่เป็นผู้บริหารหรือบุคลากร ของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคามและสรุปผลจากการระดมความคิดเห็น เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการดำเนินการในระยะต่อไป
