ผู้รับจ้างช่วงจะต้องยินยอมให้ผู้ว่าจ้างดำเนินการได้โดยไม่มีข้อทักท้วงใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น และบุคลากรของ ผู้รับจ้างและ/หรือของผู้รับจ้างช่วงจะต้องปฏิบัติงานที่ว่าจ้างด้วยความรับผิดชอบ และเชื่อฟังคำสั่งของผู้ว่าจ้างและ/หรือตัวแทนของผู้ว่าจ้าง
