วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เพื่อกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 
สู่ความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว ขั้นตอนการวิจัยมี 3 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนามี 3 กิจกรรมประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาเอกสาร เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว 2) การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคคลสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 9 แห่ง จำนวน 117 คน 3) การศึกษาดูงาน เพื่อศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ ของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้รับการจัดลำดับการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว จากมหาวิทยาลัยในอินโดนีเซีย จำนวน 5 แห่ง โดยทำการสัมภาษณ์อธิการบดีหรือตัวแทน จำนวน 5 คน

The purpose of this study include: To formulate development strategies University. Towards a green campus The research has three phases: Phase 1 study and development issues are 3 things: 1) the document. To study the components of the campus green 2) Education survey.
