Fig. 3. ICP-MS determination of Ag from water samples stored using nano-silver (containers and coated film) packaging for up to 6 weeks at 40? C, statistical signifi- cance (p 0.001). Abbreviation: ICP-MS, Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spec- trometry; Ag, Silver; Water, Ultra purification water; Conc, Concentration.
Analysing Standards at Ten different dilutions under reproducible conditions using the analytical sample on the Same Same Day and over different days with different analytical samples; the statistical mean was estimated. The concentrations of the standards were chosen to produce the highest and lowest points on the calibration line. The method detection limits for ICP-MS and AAS were 0.031 mgL? 1 and 0.061 mgL? 1, respectively, with their limits of quantification corresponding to 0.11 mgL? 1 and 0.23 mgL? 1, respectively.
