2. สร้างจิตสำนึกในการควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพของสินค้าระหว่างการผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูปให้กับตนเอง และผู้อื่น
3. ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าระหว่างการผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป ในสายการผลิตให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานของบริษัท
โดยควบคุมตามวิธีการปฏิบัติงานของแผนก และตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทได้กำหนดไว้
4. บันทึกข้อมูลด้วยความถูกต้อง ละเอียด แม่นยำ และเป็นความจริงที่พบจากการตรวจสอบ
5. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านประสาทสัมผัสของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในแต่ละวัน และบันทึกลงในรายงาน
6. เก็บตัวอย่างสินค้าที่ผลิต ณ วันนั้นๆ
7. ส่งรายงานบันทึกข้อมูลทางด้านคุณภาพที่ได้จากการตรวจแต่ละวันให้หัวหน้าแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพตรวจสอบ ทุกเข้าก่อน 8:30 น.
8. ถ้าพบปัญหาคุณภาพไม่ตรงตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท ให้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และแก้ไขโดยด่วน
ถ้าสามารถแก้ไขเองได้ แต่ถ้าไม่สามารถทำได้ให้แจ้งหัวหน้าแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพทราบ
9. ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัททั้งจากแผนกบุคคล และGMP และเชื่อฟังคำสั่งของหัวหน้างานอย่างเคร่งครัด
