และปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ประธานกรรมการหรือกรรมการมอบหมาย แล้วแต่กรณี

Results (English) 1:

There is a duty to research, analyze, refine and offer comments.Consideration of diagnosis about the duties of Chairman of the Board of directors or Committee.And other duties as determined by the Committee Chairman or delegate.

Previous research has suggested that screening and analysis

and perform other duties assigned by the Chairman or, as the case.
