3.1 ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูลนิทานพื้นบ้านของไทยทั้ง 3 เรื่อง พบว่า เนื่อหาโดยสรุปของแต่ละเรื่องสรุปได้ดังนี้ นิทานท่าตาจวง เป็นเรื่องราวของชายที่มีเวทมนต์คาถาแปลงกายได้ชื่อ ตาจวง ที่แปลงกายเป็นจระเข้ เพื่อให้ภรรยาทั้งสองได้ข้ามคลองท่าระกำได้ แต่ไม่สามารถแปลงกายกลับเป็นมนุษย์จึงขุดถ้ำอาศัยอยู่บริเวณนั้น ภรรยาทั้งสองจึงมาปลูกบ้านข้ามฝั่งคลองกัน เวลาเย็นจระเข้จะลอยขึ้นมาหาภรรยาและลูกเป็นประจำ ต่อมาถ้ำที่จระเข้ตาจวงขุดได้พังทลายทับจระเข้ตาจวงตาย ถ้ำเลยตื้นเขินเป็นทางผ่านของคนและยวดยาน จึงตั้งชื่อบริเวณนั้นว่า ท่าตาจวง
