Egan B. T. M.&Yang and K.R. Bartlett (2004) study the effects of organizational culture, learning and satisfaction with work incentives to transfer knowledge and resignation rate. He found that the corporate culture of learning results in satisfied employees work, and to create incentives for the transfer of the learning rate and the resignation of the employee has a negative relationship with cultural learning and satisfaction on the job.

He found a culture of learning, resulting in a staff job satisfaction and motivation to transfer learning. And the rate of staff turnover has a negative relationship with the culture of learning and satisfaction in work.
