ข้อ 6 นักเรียนที่ได้รับการลงโทษตามระเบียบ ในข้อ 5 แล้วยังประพฤติซ้ำซาก หรือกระทำความผิดที่มีโทษตามกฎหมายอาญาของบ้านเมือง เว้นแต่โทษที่กระทำผิดนั้นกระทำโดยประมาท หรือลหุโทษ ให้ทางผู้ปกครองพิจารณานำนักเรียนผู้กระทำความผิดนั้นไปเรียนยังสถานศึกษาอื่น ๆ
