เลื่อน Head Lens ลงให้เท่ากับระยะ R ของ Glass Ball (R=2.596 mm.) เสร็จแล้วให้ทำการ Autofocus แบบ Fine เพื่อให้ได้จุด Focus ที่ชัดที่สุดหลังจากที่ทำ Autofocus แล้วก็เริ่มทำการ Calibrate (Hansha Henshin) โดยกดสวิทช์ของ Stepper Motor เพื่อหมุนเลนส์
เสร็จแล้วคลิกที่ Measure หรือกด F11 เมื่อ Calibrate เสร็จแล้วก็จะปรากฏตัวเลขในช่อง Result ให้ Calibration ซ้ำจนครบ 10 ครั้งแล้ว
