การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น บ้านหัวเสือ อำเภอแม่ทะ จังหวัดลำปางโดยใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม และเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผ่านทางระบบสารสนเทศในรูปแบบเวปไซต์โดยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการเขียนโปรแกรมและใช้โปรแกรม MySQL ในการเก็บข้อมูล
ผลของการวิจัย พบว่าโปรแกรมการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีความสะดวก และรวดเร็วต่อการใช้งานของผู้ใช้งานในการใช้ระบบเพื่อช่วยในการค้นหาข้อมูลภูมิปัญญา ทำให้ได้รับข้อมูลโดยสารสนเทศที่มีความถูกต้อง รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ ช่วยลดขั้นตอนการค้นหาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่ซ้ำซ้อน
กกกกกกกผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.19 แสดงว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในด้านการนำระบบสารสนเทศไปใช้ประโยชน์มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.26 แสดงว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการออกแบบระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.22 แสดงว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านประสิทธิภาพของการใช้งานระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.10 แสดงว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
