ภายในหลอดไฟจะบรรจุหลอดไฟน้อยๆ ที่เรียกว่า LED อยู่หลายหลอดด้วยกัน แต่จะมีการแบ่งกลุ่มของหลอดที่ให้แสงออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มด้วยกัน คือ แดง เขียว น้ำเงิน หรือ RGB นั่นเอง มันเป็นแม่สีทางแสง หากว่าเราอยากได้ไฟสีเหลือ ภายในหลอด iLightPlus จะยิงแสงสีแดง กับสีเขียวออกมาด้วยความเข้มเส้นพอๆ กัน ทำให้แสงที่ตกกระทบฝาครอบหลอดเป็นสีเหลืองนั่นเอง มาดูเฉดสีต่างๆ ที่ iLightplus ให้ออกมาดีกว่า ดังภาพข้างล่าง
