ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการกับความเป็นพลเมืองของสงขลาฟอรั่ม ที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการตอบคำถามจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการวิเคราะห์ ได้ประเด็นด้านการจัดการ ทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านสมรรถนะ ด้านประเด็นที่ขับเคลื่อน และด้านการสื่อสาร ส่วนประเด็นด้านความเป็นพลเมือง ทั้งหมด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความเป็นพลเมืองในตัวเองของคนในจังหวัดสงขลา และความเป็นพลเมืองต่อสังคมของคนในจังหวัดสงขลา จากนั้นนำข้อมูลในแต่ละด้านสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล พบว่า ปัจจัยการจัดการของสงขลาฟอรั่มส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองของคนในจังหวัดสงขลา ประกอบด้วย 2 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ และ 2) ปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะขององค์กร ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเป็นพลเมือง และส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองของคนในจังหวัดสงขลาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และนำไปสู่การเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองของคนในจังหวัดสงขลาให้มีความเข้มแข็งต่อไป
