ทุกเดือนดิฉันจะต้องส่งรายงานสรุปการเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับSupplier และทำการตรวจสอบสัญญาจากบริษัทLeasingให้ถูกต้อง
อีกทั้งยังต้องติดตามเครื่องที่หมดสัญญาคืนให้กับบริษัทตัวแทนของ Supplier ให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด หน้าที่อื่นๆก็คือการจัดทำเอกสารส่งให้แผนกบัญชีให้ทันจ่ายตามdue date และเป็นผู้จัดทำใบ PR ในระบบ BPCS และ ACCPAC เพื่อส่งให้แผนกจัดซื้อเปิด PO

My current position is an asset IT Department coordination officer. I am an administrator for a computer.Every month, I will have to send a summary report to the leases computers to Supplier and contract monitoring by the Leasing company.They also need to keep track of all the contracts provide the Supplier's agent, on a given time. The other duty is to prepare documents, send them to the accounting department to pay according to the due date and make the BPCS system PR and ACCPAC to send to the Purchasing Department open PO.
