ผู้กู้สัญญาว่าถ้าผู้กู้ย้ายตำบลที่อยู่จากภูมิลำเนาดังกล่าวข้างต้นตามสัญญานี้ผู้กู้มีหน้าที่แจ้งให้ผู้ให้กู้ทราบภายใน 7 วัน มิฉะนั้นถือว่าผู้กู้ผิดสัญญาในข้อสาระสำคัญ
