ผมขอปรึกษาปัญหา แบริ่งลูกหีบเสียหายจำนวนมมากที่เกษตรไทย
หลักจากที่เปลี่ยนไปใช้จารบี PYP 2 ปี แล้วพบปัญหาจารบีไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
ทางโรงงานจึงตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนกลับมาใช้ PD1 เหมือนเดิม
และหลังจากปิดหีบลงก็พบปัญหาดังกล่าว โดยผมได้ไปหน้างานเพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาแล้วพบปัญหาต่าง ๆ สรุปได้ดังนี้
1.การหีบอ้อยปัจจุบัน โรงงานขยายกำลังหีบเพิ่มมาก และใช้วิธีการกดสกัดของชุดไฮโดรลิคกดอ้อยอย่างหนัก ตลอดทั้งหีบ (ปัจจุบัน 30,000 ตัน/วัน)
2.ปัญหาน้ำอ้อย กากอ้อย ทราย เข้าไปที่แบริ่งมาก ทำให้แบริ่งเกิดรอย
3.พอมีการกดสกัดน้ำอ้อยที่หนัก ก้เกิดความร้อน ทำให้แบริ่งร้อนแล้วลุกค้าก็ลงน้ำช่วยระบายความร้อน ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้เกิดการกรอบ เปราะบาง
4.ใน Line B มีปัญหา Shock Load เป็นประจำที่ชุดขับลูกหีบ เนื่องจากเก่า และ Aliment ไม่ค่อยดี
5.สภาพเครื่องจักรเก่ามาก
6.การปรับแต่งร่องจ่ายจารบี ไม่ครอบคลุมหต็มหน้าแบริ่ง

จากการประชุม สิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการทราบว่า ดังต่อไปนี้
-เค้าหีบหนักจะดูยังไงว่า จารบีมันเหมาะสมกับการหีบของเค้า
-สามารถออกแบบให้จารบีมันดีกว่า PD1 ได้หรือไม่
-จารบี PD1 มีความสามารถในการรับโหลดอย่างไร
-ต้องการเช็คค่าการรับโหลดของจารบีชุดที่ใช้ปัจจุบัน
