ถ้าส่วยใดส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้เป็นโมฆะหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ คู่สัญญาตกลงให้ถือว่าส่วนอื่นๆของสัญญาที่สมบูรณ์แยกจากส่วนที่เป็นโมฆะหรอืไม่สมบูรณ์นั้นมีผลใช้บังคับได้

If any part of this contract, the tribute is a void or incomplete. The parties agree that other parts of the contract that is completely separate from the part that is not completely or void, then apply.

If any part of a tribute to this contract void or incomplete. The parties agreed to consider the other part of the complete separation of the void or other imperfections that are enforceable.

If any part of the contract void tribute or complete. The parties agreed to assume the other parts of the contract to complete separation from the void or not complete this effect.
