มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น ได้จัดมหกรรมด้านภาษาอังกฤษครั้งนี้ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรก ก็เพื่อสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้นิสิตนักศึกษายุคใหม่ มีความรู้และเพิ่มทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ อีกทั้งเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้นิสิตนักศึกษาและประชาชนทั่วไป มีความกล้าที่จะพูดภาษาอังกฤษกับชาวต่างชาติ
