Summary of Job: The FAS technician will be responsible for InkJet technical assistance to Thai and SSEA FERRO customers.

Responsibilities :-
Technical assistance for Thai and SSEA customers.
Create new tiles for supporting to local and oversea customers.
Ensure that computers, plotter, 3D Scanner & Engraving Machine assigned to the FAS department are well kept safe, properly maintained and always in optimal working conditions.
Assist Technical and Sales & Marketing team to fulfill customer’s expectation.
Responsible of preparing finish tiles with the aim of facilitate promotion of Ferro Product portfolio.

Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic or Chemical or Electronic Engineering.
Good communication skill.
Able to work as team.
Knowledge about Industrial Ceramic Tile manufacturing processes.
Strong command of the English language verbal and written.
Available for traveling outside Thailand.
Must be able to confidentially handle proprietary company property
