17. พนักงานต้องไม่ใช้วาจาที่ไม่สุภาพ หรือกระทำสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใด ที่ทำให้ผู้อื่นได้รับความอับอาย หรือเสียหน้า และต้องไม่ใช้ถ้อยคำที่ยุยง ส่งเสริม หรือ ก่อกวนผู้อื่น หรือแพร่กระจายข่าวลือที่ไม่ดีงามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้อื่น หรือที่จะทำให้เกิดความแตกแยกในหมู่พนักงาน ไม่ทะเลาะเบาะแว้ง ก่อเหตุทะเลาะวิวาท หรือทำร้ายร่างกาย ทำลายทรัพย์สินซึ่งกันและกันในบริเวณบริษัท หรือสถานที่อื่น ทั้งนี้รวมทั้งในเวลาทำงาน และนอกเวลาทำงาน
