จุดที่ 1 : ลงทะเบียนแจ้งชื่อ – นามสกุล รับการตรวจตามรายชื่อ ณ จุดลงทะเบียน
จุดที่ 2 : ซักประวัติโดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพพร้อมคำแนะนำเรื่องสุขภาพ
จุดที่ 3 : ชั่งน้ำหนัก , วัดส่วนสูง, วัดความดัน (พร้อมรับอุปกรณ์เก็บปัสสาวะ)
จุดที่ 4 : เจาะเลือด
จุดที่ 5 : ตรวสมรรถภาพการมองเห็นโดยทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสายตา
จุดที่ 6 : ส่งปัสสาวะ (Urine Examination) (ณ ห้องน้ำชั้น 1)
จุดที่ 7 : ตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ (EKG) (สำหรับโปรแกรมที่ 3-4, 7-8) (ณ ห้องพยาบาล)
