ถ้าผู้ว่าจ้างแต่งตั้งกรรมการตรวจการจ้างหรือควบคุมงานไว้ประจำ ณ ที่ทำการจ้างหนี้ในเวลาที่ผู้รับจ้างเตรียมการหรือกำลังทำงานจ้างนี้อยู่ก็ดีกรรมการตรวจการจ้างหรือผู้ควบคุมงานมีสิทธิจะเข้าไปตรวจการงานทุกเวลา ผู้รับจ้างหรือผู้แทนของผู้รับจ้างจักต้องให้ความสะดวกและช่วยเหลือตามสมควร
