4.ต้องมีการกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ลูกจ้างที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมนั้น กลับเข้าทำงานให้แก่บริษัทหรือห้างหุ้นส่วนนิติบุคคลนั้นหลังฝึกอบรมเสร็จ สิ้น
5.วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ฝึกอบรมต้องกำหนดลักษณะขนาด และคุณสมบัติของวัสดุอุปกรณ์ เพื่อมิให้ปะปนกับวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการประกอบกิจการตามปกติของกิจการ
