ทุกเดือนดิฉันจะต้องส่งรายงานสรุปการเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับSupplier และทำการตรวจสอบสัญญาจากบริษัทLeasingให้ถูกต้อง
อีกทั้งยังต้องติดตามเครื่องที่หมดสัญญาคืนให้กับบริษัทตัวแทนของ Supplier ให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด หน้าที่อื่นๆก็คือการจัดทำเอกสารส่งให้แผนกบัญชีให้ทันจ่ายตามdue date และเป็นผู้จัดทำใบ PR ในระบบ BPCS และ ACCPAC เพื่อส่งให้แผนกจัดซื้อเปิด PO
