การใช้รักษาการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรีย (Antibacterial) ฉีด ครั้งละ 150 – 300 mg ทุก 6 ชั่วโมง
การรักษาโรคปอดบวม (Pneumonia) ฉีด 1200 – 1800 mg ต่อวัน โดยให้ร่วมกับ Primaquine 15 – 30 mg ต่อวัน
