การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อให้นักศึกษาบริการวิชาการตามความต้องการของชุมชน 2) เพื่อการบูรณาการงานบริการวิชาการกับการเรียนการสอนสู่ชุมชน 3) เพื่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการวิชาการสู่ชุมชน กลุ่มเป้าหมายบุคลากรในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นตำบลดงบัง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 30 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การบูรณาการวิชาการกับการเรียนการสอน แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติ t-test (one samples) ผลการวิจัย พบว่าผลการวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การบูรณาการวิชาการกับการเรียนการสอน จากการสังเกตของอาจารย์ที่กำกับดูแลกิจกรรม พบว่า ด้านผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความสนใจในการอบรมการสร้างเว็บสำเร็จรูป และให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี และด้านวิทยากรอบรมซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความพร้อมในการสาธิตให้ความรู้ ตอบคำถามผู้เข้าอบรมได้ชัดเจน และมีความรู้ ความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดได้ดี ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียน พบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เข้าอบรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียน ( = 16.67, S.D. = 1.05) สูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียน ( = 11.96, S.D. = 1.30) สรุปได้ว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.69) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความเหมาะสมการอบรมของวิทยากรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.67)
