ผู้ขายจะต้องจัดให้มีการประกันภัยต่อความสูญหายหรือความเสียหายทั้งหมดสำหรับลูกจ้างและบุคคลที่ 3 ไว้ตลอดอายุสัญญากับบริษัทประกันภัยที่จดทะเบียนหรือมีสิทธิดำเนินการภายในประเทศไทยชื่อผู้ซื้อเห็นชอบในนามของผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้เอาประกันและผู้รับประโยชน์โดยผู้ขายเป็นผู้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัยตลอดอายุสัญญา ทั้งนี้ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยให้กับผู้ซื้อพร้อมใบเสร็จแสดงการชำระค่าเบี้ยประกันให้แก่ผู้ซื้อภายใน 30 (สามสิบ)วันนับแต่วันลงนามในสัญญา
