๑) ศึกษาและทบทวนโครงการทิศทางการพัฒนาท่องเที่ยวของประเทศในระยะ ๑๐ ปี เพื่อวิเคราะห์ทิศทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวไทยที่ผ่านมา รวมทั้งประเมินผลกระทบจากบริบทสภาพแวดล้อมและแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงของไทยและโลก
