ประเทศภาคีที่พิพาทจะต้องจัดการเจรจาทวิภาคีเพื่อหาข้อสรุปที่เป็นที่ยอมรับระหว่างกันได้ และหากประเทศพิพาทฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นประเทศกำลังพัฒนาก็จะมีสิทธิร้องขอให้เลขาธิการ GATT ทำหน้าที่เป็นคนกลางหรือผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทได้ (คำตัดสินของที่ประชุมใหญ่ GATT)

Results (English) 1:

The country Parties to the dispute, bilateral negotiations will need to manage to find a conclusion that is acceptable among them. And if one of the parties in dispute are countries developing countries, it will have the right to request that the Secretary General of the GATT is acting as the mediator or mediators of dispute (the decision of the GATT Conference.)

Parties to the dispute must be handled bilateral negotiations to a conclusion that is acceptable to each other. If one party in the dispute is a developing country, has the right to request the Secretary-General of GATT to act as a mediator or arbiter in the dispute. The parties to the dispute shall be handled bilateral negotiations to find the conclusion is established between the evidence. And if one side is the developing country disputes have the right to request for the GATT at middle or conciliator. (the conference GATT).
