จากสรุปผลการตรวจวัดระดับเสียงดังเฉลี่ยในพื้นที่ทำงาน (มีการทำงานล่วงเวลา 4 ชั่วโมง รวมระยะเวลาการทำงานที่ได้รับ 12 ชั่วโมง) ในสถานประกอบการ พบว่าบริเวณ Extruder Process ในวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2558 มีค่าระดับเสียงดังเฉลี่ยในพื้นที่ทำงาน สูงเกินเกณฑ์ที่มาตรฐานกำหนด อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางบริษัทฯได้มีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงโดยการติด noise insulation ซึ่งทำให้ผลการตรวจวัดระดับเสียงของเดือนธันวาคม มีค่าลดลงอยู่ที่ 85.7 dB(A) ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการติดตั้ง noise insulation เพิ่มเติมหากผลการตรวจวัดมีค่าระดับเสียงที่สูงกว่า 87 dB(A) และจะดำเนินการจัดทำโครงการอนุรักษ์การได้ยิน ทั้งนี้ เพื่อประสิทธิ์ภาพการควบคุมระดับเสียงที่แหล่งกำเนิดทางบริษัทฯ ควรมีมาตรการในการควบคุมและป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียงดัง โดยมีแนวทางดังนี้
