อยู่ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ป่าห้วยเขย่งและป่าเขาช้างเผือก มีเนื้อที่ประมาณ 700,000 ไร่ อยู่ห่างจากอำเภอทองผาภูมิไปทางทิศตะวันตก ประมาณ 60 กิโลเมตร ตามทางหลวง 3272 มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจหลายจุด สำหรับจุดชมวิวทิวทัศน์มี 2 แห่ง คือ ดอยต่องปะแล ซึ่งต้องจอดรถและเดินขึ้นเขาไปประมาณ 300 เมตร เป็นจุดชมวิวที่สวยงาม มองเห็นน้ำตกจ๊อกกะดิ่นอยู่ไม่ไกล ส่วนเนินกูดดอย สามารถนำรถขึ้นไปจอดได้ เป็นจุดชมวิวทิวเขาซับซ้อนสุดสายตา มองเห็นทะเลสาบเขื่อนวชิราลงกรณและเขาช้างเผือกภูเขาที่สูงที่สุดในอุทยานฯ และมีเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติ 3 เส้นทาง คือ น้ำตกจ๊อกกะดิ่น น้ำตกผาแป น้ำตกเจ็ดมิตร ต้องติดต่อว่าจ้างเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำทาง น้ำตกเหล่านี้อยู่ในเขตตำบลปิล๊อก ซึ่งเดิมเป็นเหมืองแร่ดีบุก วุลแฟรม ตั้งอยู่พรมแดนไทย-พม่า อุดมด้วยป่าดิบ ปกคลุมด้วยหมอกเกือบตลอดทั้งปี ซึ่งต้องใช้รถขับเคลื่อนสี่ล้อ
