รัฐบาลไทยอาจพิจารณาส่งบุคคลข้ามแดน

รัฐบาลไทยอาจพิจารณาส่งบุคคลข้ามแดน เพื่อการฟ้องร้องหรือรับโทษตามคำพิพากษาของศาลในความผิดทางอาญา ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้อำนาจดำเนินคดีของประเทศผู้ร้องขอให้แก่ประเทศนั้นๆ ตามคำร้องขอได้ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
