เรื่อง เงินช่วยเหลือพนักงานในโอกาสต่าง ๆ
บริษัทได้กำหนดเงินช่วยเหลือพนักงานเนื่องในโอกาสต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. เงินช่วยเหลือกรณีจัดพิธีมงคลสมรส
1.1 พนักงานสามารถเบิกได้ 5,000 บาท
1.2 ต้องเป็นพนักงานที่มีอายุงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
1.3 มีสิทธิเบิกได้ครั้งเดียวตลอดอายุการทำงาน
1.4 พนักงานต้องแสดงหลักฐาน เช่นบัตรเชิญ หรือรูปถ่าย

2. เงินช่วยเหลือกรณีคลอดบุตร
2.1 พนักงานสามารถเบิกเงินช่วยเหลือได้ดังต่อไปนี้
บุตรคนที่ 1 เบิกได้ 2,500.00 บาท
บุตรคนที่ 2 เบิกได้ 2,000.00 บาท
บุตรคนที่ 3 เบิกได้ 1,500.00 บาท
บุตรคนที่ 4 เบิกได้ 1,000.00 บาท
2.2 พนักงานต้องนำสำเนาใบเกิดของบุตรมาเป็นหลักฐานในการเบิก

3. เงินช่วยเหลือกรณีจัดงานฌาปนกิจศพ
3.1 กรณีพนักงานเสียชีวิต ครอบครัวของพนักงานจะได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือเท่ากับค่าจ้าง 1 เดือน (เศษของเงินถ้าต่ำกว่า 1,000บาท ให้ปัดขึ้นเป็น 1,000 บาท)
3.2 กรณีคู่สมรสของพนักงานเสียชีวิต พนักงานจะได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือ 5,000.00 บาท
